The sun is shining, the temperatures are warm, and that wonderful time of year is upon us again. Some people look forward to sandy beaches and water sports, but you know what summer is really all about. Its barbecue season and you aren’t nearly ready for it. Here’s a short to-do list that might help you:
Go grill shopping. Do this before the season starts also, even if you don’t need a new grill. Buy a freezer. This is for the really serious entertainers. Buy a freezer for the garage or basement and stock it full of meats to feed your friends and neighbors. The Three States of College Transition

In a variety of ways, college kids can generate a great volume of junk.  Whether they are leaving home for the first time, changing their dorm rooms, or moving out of  their first apartments, there always is a ton of waste left in their rear view.  These times of transition are often very hectic, both for the kids involved as well as their parents.  I’d like to take a look at the ‘three states of college transition’ and how the waste left behind can potentially be put to good use.

1.  Home to Dorm Move

The transition of an 18 year-old to their college dorm can leave their parent’s home in a state of disarray.
